In Texas, landowners may qualify for an agricultural exemption by hosting honey bee colonies on their property. We make this process simple and stress-free through our bee lease program.

When you lease bees from us, we handle all aspects of the apiary — including hive placement, regular inspections, and ongoing colony care. Our focus is on maintaining healthy, productive hives while ensuring the apiary integrates responsibly with your land.

You receive the benefits of hosting managed honey bees and supporting pollination, without the time commitment or learning curve of managing the hives yourself.

Every apiary begins with a personalized on-site consultation, where we evaluate your land to determine the ideal location for both bee health and landowner safety. We carefully assess sun exposure, water access, forage availability, wind protection, and accessibility to support long-term success.

Each full apiary set-up includes:

• On-site property consultation and apiary planning
   
• Properly placed hive stands

• A healthy 5-frame nucleus colony (nuc) of Carniolan or Italian honey bees
